if you're looking to tune and dial in your KW's (provided that you actually get them) PM toekneeg or speedworksracing; they are both in orlando, and they track their cars. im almost sure they can help you out with Coilovers

or get something that holds well on the track and saves you money i.e hypermax, pss9's or even buddyclubs.....i'd hate for you to spend $2k on a set of coilovers if you won't fully utilize them to its full potential.

I'm looking at suspension too. And from what I have researched kw and pss9 are very good. I haven't seen any negative things about them. My buddy who tracks says kwv3s are overkill for such little track use and a daily so I'm looking into pss9 or v1 or v2

Not necessarily. Some people want the stock height look on coils, but some drop the car at the max height on the aftermarket coils. And many people have purchased coilovers that dont go as low as they want to. Even though the height they want to achieve is low as hell, it is still considered. So IMO its not "ridiculous".
