This review is mainly for Patrick at Urge Designs since I'm pretty sure everybody now knows how awesome these coilovers are by now. I purchased my Ohlins from Patrick near end of May. I decided to purchase from them mainly because of all the great reviews i've read about his customer service. I'm a service advisor myself so I know a bit about customer service. From 1st contact with Patrick to this day he's been following up with me making sure everything is OK. When i received the Ohlins (on a Sunday) I had trouble putting it together (my dumbass swapped the washer/spacer front to rear). I emailed Patrick right away thinking that I'm not gonna get a response until Mon or Tues. Within 10 min I got a response back ON A SUNDAY. I wouldn't even bother with it on a Sun. So I would have to give to Patrick & Urge Designs for the awesome customer service experience.

As for the Ohlins....They are freak'n awesome.
