Anyone try the ballade 330mm Front break rotors kit for stock calipers

Anyone try the ballade 330mm Front break rotors kit for stock calipers? Will these rotors last a lot longer and not crack comparered to the stock size rotors? The only reason i'm thinging of these is because i run 17x9+45 rpf1 in the front and dont want to buy new wheels for a bbk.

$400 is four sets of Centric blanks. I seriously doubt they are going to last four times as long. You're going to crack any rotor when tracking, especially at your power level.
I'd say going to vented rear rotors, running front / rear brake ducts, and making sure you do actually do a cool down lap is a much better plan, financially speaking.

Wow that marketing video made me sick, 10ft lower stopping distance because those new rotors such bs.
I would rather get Girodiscs or some other high quality two piece rotors.

There is nothing other than changing the bias that changing the diameter would help. The issue on track days the OEM rotors don't have enough heat capacitance and would benefit from increased cooling.
Racing pedals which have separate front/back brake circuits (vs. diagonal) has a bias adjustment and can also be changed by changing master cylinder diameter.
Has anyone done an actual test with a typical sticky, square tire setup to determine optimal brake bias?

Spend more money and get this.
Girodisc Front 2-piece Rotor for Honda S2000
They'll last longer and won't crack (as easily or soon). All rotors eventually crack.
The main advantage is that they handle heat much better.

Street rotors don't crack. It depends on the thermal cycles and the rotor materials and design.
On a car with moderate engine modifications and effective brake cooling there is probably a lot less cracking and on a 400hp car with forced induction.
That said, the Girodisc is a stock replacement with a floating rotor that can expand independently of the hat. Note the rear brake has the same heat issues. Urge and SakeBomb have straightforward solutions, Urge using the OEM caliper in the stock location.

I run the rear Urge kit and I've managed to do 14 days on a set of stock front rotors with DTC60 pads, they probably have another day left, realistically judging by the cracking. I'd imagine the OP will kill them much faster.

I was hoping someone on here can provide an actual review on these new rotors provided by Ballade sports. They look great but are they actually an improvement over OEM ???
