It was a rhetorical question, stopping distance on stock brakes is not limited by the brake torque, it's limited by tyre grip.
You might feel it's stopping quicker though and that could be a perfectly fine reason for upgrading.

I like the idea of retaining stock calipers, but the clearance looks like an issue?
At the same pedal effort, shouldn't this stop the car quicker?

Bumping this as I have interest in these (I think). LOL. Not sure if these would fit OEM wheels with 15mm spacers?... I'm guessing no?

The ballade 330mm kits don't need any spacer as you still use OEM calipers.
They fit oem 17", but not oem 16" wheels.

I am also interested but would have love vented rear rotors (I know some other kits exist, but more expensive and/or less plug&play...).

The pad thing with the Urge rear kit is basically a non-issue and they will stave off the brake issues a fair amount longer pace wise

Ive been running the ballade kit front and rear all season long. They fit the oem ap2 17s with no issue and do not require a spacer.

They are a fantastic improvement over the stock rotors. In 3 trackdays, ive experienced no brake fade or heatsoak issues whatsoever. And the stopping power is phenomenal.

I highly recommend.
