Anyway to improve handling w/o low sprs?

+1 on Sway bars. I'm running the CR's front and rear sway bars, and there has been quite a bit of reduction in body roll. This has been my best mod next to going back to 17's and the Dunlop Star specs.
Are you still running both sway bars?
Just had CR FSB installed and I absolutely love it!
Wow...what a nice difference....really plants the car
and carves high radius tight corners like a hot knife
through butter!
Am now considering CR RSB as well....along with the
tighter steering adjuster.
Might not even touch dampers/springs now...I'm that
happy with the FSB change.
And I do need new rear tires...that will help even more.
Only mod needed after that will be Kand N intake along
with lighter wheels someday to help with the rolling resistance.

Get a thick FSB and see where that gets you. It should make really hard, low speed cornering better.
You and others in this thread are correct...huge improvement
with using the CR FSB!
Very happy with ride...only thing I want to solve now is at
times when turning sharp...I dont know if its the traction
control kicking in or what....but I lose traction..I kind of
hit a limiter to the drives!
Maybe if I upgraded to a RSB as well....this would correct
the situation?
Would bigger RSB adversely affect my "new-found" excellent
turn in?
Also want to add the CR steering stiffeners then all I need to
make ride street perfect would be lighter wheels(Enkeis or Volks).
ps...just wish I could find Volks somewhere at 50% off!

OP, from your user name, I'll venture that you're used to something MUCH lighter than a Honda S2000.
weighs 2830lbs. less!!
And keep in mind...I've got the Columbus MXL(Max) tubing
which is the nivachrome/vanadium steel model with lugs!
And I ride the largest stock frameset made...and to be
exact the last Columbus Max/Motorola ride the "Cannibal"
will ever produce(#100 of 100 commemorative models)
Its awesome...comfy..resilient..but super sprinter stiff!

Anyway to improve overall handling without lowering car?
Would AP2 handling be significantly helped by f/r swaybars and
maybe a mux brace?
Or are there any stiffer than OEM springs that don't lower the car?
Would CR springs work with AP2..and can ya purchase from Honda?
thanks!
NOTE: received a quote today for spring installation..$380.00

1. Yes, I have koni shocks (coilovers0 at about stock height and handling is better
2. Maybe the front sway, depending on other mods, doubtfull about the rear sway, and the mux brace will not make any difference to an otherwise stock car.
No one that I know of, on the board or otherwise, who race their S2000's have a stiffer rear sway bar. I don't even have mine connected, but then I have 700 ft/lb springs in the rear, so I don't need a rear swaybar.
3 and 4. Yes, the CR springs and or shocks will fit any year S2000. I did this for last year's autocross season. It was not bad, but nothing close to custom valved shocks and stiffer springs.
It sounds like you should do some reading, and by that I don't mean reading on the internet. Go buy some books that talk about suspension tuning. That way, you will know what you need, vs what you think you need.

so what exactly you don;t like about your suspension, you mention you want an upgrade but i don't know if you know where exactly is the weakness.
the truth is that most novice driver can get a better lap time running stock set up, and there's quite a few parts out there that could totally destroy the wonderful handling from factory.
sorry to sounds like a snob but i just don't want you to get sucker by the marketing boy to buy parts that you don't need
