if you're talking about carbotech ax6 squealing...well yeah, they're gonna. they're track pads, not street pads. designed to be strong at temperature, not quiet when cold. also not a great compound for the S, it's really designed for lighter cars

yeah, i realize just how much they squeall now. i dont track my car, but i do drive it really hard on the street, esp at the dragon. its a weekend car, so i didnt think twice about it. and so far, minus the squeall, they stop great. car drops anchor cold and hot. but, the squealling is obnoxious rofl. i pulled into a drive thru and squealled to a stop at the window to pay. i was asked if the brakes were broken, rather then try to explain, i just said yes.

next time around gonna try the bobcats. we pout those in my boys 07 wrx. they felt fine. stopped nearly as good, with no squeall at all. hehe.

do they squeal bad on stop and go traffic driving? AX6 do like a damn school bus
For some reason my pass side squeals but not my driver? Maybe I screwed up the grease on that side, I dunno. And its not 24/7, just certain times does it squeal. Nothing crazy, and like you mine is a weekend car so it doesn't bother me much. I just like that it stops like it dos.
