I found on spoon's website that it's a different value. Maybe try dig up that thread you mentioned?

Thanks for the link to Spoon. I've updated the sheet.

Wilwood and others spec it at 43 mm but when I measure from the drawings, it looks more like 39 mm. It's not a big deal because it only changes the bias by 1 percentage point, but would be nice to know which is correct.

Only pad height matters. We're using piston area as a proxy for force and the torque applied is independent of the area of the pad. Pad height matters because it affects the effective radius of the rotor. I'm assuming that the surface of the pad is evenly distributed above and below the midpoint of the pad. That's not going to be accurate for some pad shapes, but the impact is small as you can see by my question above.
i wonder why wilwood didnt offer this caliper as part of their bbk instead

What would the brake bias be with the Wilwood front and rear kits installed? Rear kit: https://www.wilwood.com/BrakeKits/Br...emno=140-10310

I believe that combination is on the third tab on line 14. It would shift bias to the front around 7%.

Yep, I didn't see the other pages. Looks like I picked a good setup with the Wilwood front/rear.

Have you looked into the Alcon 4 piston, Endless 6 piston or Project Mu 4/6 piston front kits?

No, I went with the SBG Wilwood front kit + URGE rear rotors which was reasonably affordable and yet also able to handle the track. Hence I stopped looking at new kits. There was so much misinformation on how bias changed when i started looking and it doesn't look like there's been much improvements from the BBK suppliers yet either. So if you or others send me the links to the pages, I'll be glad to update the spreadsheet.

I have a kit that I would like you to add to the spreadsheet:

https://endless-sport.co.jp/brake_ca...000_index.html

Disc size: 324mm

I got piston size from here:
https://endless-sport.global/au/products/caliper_a/48

34mm and 41mm

pad size ?:

Sheet is updated. You'd want to pair it with the SBG RX8 or Wilwood rear BBK to maintain balance.

Thanks Daniel, just wondering how you go about measuring/estimating the pad height dimension?

Also it's just one 4 piston caliper with 2x 34mm and 2x 41mm pistons. Please update the sheet with piston #1 as 34 and piston #2 as 41.
