caster, camber and toe bolts, can anyone confirm?

hey guys,

Ive read about a number of people having issues with seized bolts etc when doing these adjustments when lowered. So i thought id check none were seized before booking my car in for GEO.

Can anyone confirm:

Rear

Toe adjustment is done by the one bolt that you can see when you look directly under the car from the rear. The bolt that is closest to the rear of the car on the rear lower control arms?

Camber Just one bolt on the camber rod that has a bush with a bolt through at one end and a ball joint at the other?

Front

Toe adjusment on the track rod end

Camber adjustment on the LCA (mounting point closest to the rear of the car when looking in the arch)

Caster adjustment where you look directly upwards on the subframe?

Thanks for your time guys, they all move freely so hope it's just these that need to be moved for adjustment.

Front toe is done with the steering.
And one can not adjust 1 setting, change one and they all change (per axle) except maybe for front toe.

A car driven in all kinds of weather (including salty roads) for some years will most likely have some frozen bolts :(
According to Honda Netherlands one should not drive the car in all kinds of weather, because that will cause wear.
SERIOUSLY!
:banghead:

I hope this helps.

:hello:

Hi cheers for the help although i was pretty sure that 6 is for camber? as it goes to the central point on the hub?

I presume you mean by adjusting one doesnt adjust one setting you mean changing camber changes toe etc?

Cheers
