IMO 40,000 miles is pretty decent.
especialy if those are hard miles.
somehow i see a lot of sports coilovers or shocks give it up much quicker than OEM shoks...

i've seen that MY07 springrates are 256/207 lb which is around 5gk - so going to BC/Megna with their 10kg should be better for body roll.
then we only need to see that they still compliant enough to keep traction on bumpy roads (and we have planty of those) - i think that here where shocks come into the game.

No I was getting at the fact that mis-matching spring rates and damping (which can happen easily especially with budget adjustable-damping setups) can ultimately make the car handle worse, even if it initially provides roll reduction. Certainly agree that spring rates have an affect on roll.
