Can't remember what they are called (lift cups?) but there is a product that is essentially an airbag "lift" system that you add on, in-line with your coilover's existing spring, which raises the ride height when you need it, and then releases it back down and becomes solid, so it doesn't affect performance at all in the lowered position, other than the extra weight. Not cheap, though.
