I have used H&R on my Prelude and had no issue with em.
Not sure about their S2k products.
You may wanna post this in the suspension section.

I have H&R coilovers.
They are stiffer than stock but they ride great though. I am lowered almost 2inches on them and they still feel like stock. There is no bounce whatsoever. People that ride in my car don't even know I have coilovers unless I tell them. They are great for street use.
The only downside that I can think of is that you have to use your OEM tophats, other than that they are a great set of coilovers.

I just got some recently. It's a bit stiffer than stock although not by much. I couldn't really find any info on the spring rates. Great for street but definitely too soft for track use.

Yeah, I should add that the ride quality is near OEM. There is not very much bounce so it's very comfortable. Although you do feel the difference during cornering. Steering response is changed and like I said, the only thing is the springs are a bit soft if you do extreme cornering.
