That's not good. They should require a manual or hydraulic press method. I wouldn't run them if they just drop into the bore. I would return them under warranty.

I've had 50/50 luck with hardrace in terms of fitment. Some of their bushing diameters did not translate into a press fit at all (for my TSX). I had to do truly awful things to make them a press fit because I was in a pinch.

I have contacted hardrace and I will let you know what they say, the car isnt in use.

Hardrace got back to me and they said they are press fit as well as the circlip......looks like I need another set of arms or weld them in

so the ball joints fit well, he said they still needed to be pressed in
