Has anyone got experience with the Tarox 10-pot front brake kit?

The install went smoothly. It needed two small spacers between the caliper and the bracket to center the rotor up in the caliper. The installed picture is on an OEM AP2V2 wheel that is powder coated.
There is only 8mm clearance between the caliper and the inner surface of the OEM spokes.
CORRECTION
Caliper clearance is 5mm on AP2V@ front OEM wheel.
Caliper clearance is 8mm on AP2V1 rear wheel bored and front mounted for square wheel setup.

I do not have V1 front wheels for OEM fitment testing. Please see my correction, above, for current clearance notes.
Yes, they are all in one of my public albums at www.S2KCA.com
You must sort the album by file name using controls at the bottom of the album to see the proper sequence of the project.

sorry to bump up this old post but any updates on this BBK?
is it worth buying? track and street use
i have tarox pads on my oem disc, its, a very aggressive pad compound which I like as it never fades, but destroys the oem disc. So im thinking of a bbk..
Thanks

I'm still happy with them. I'm currently running Ferodo DS3000 brake pads on them. They have a little more bite than the Tarox Compitizione pads. I have tried EBC Yellow to reduce the dust but did not like them.

BTW - I have the 6-pot Tarox, not the 10-pot.
AND, to use other makes of brake pads, you need to modify them. Any brake pad that fits the front of the Mercedes Benx G550 will work. You must then cut off the lower wing tabs and the top guide blip on each pad. They will then fit exactly, maybe even better, than the Tarox. Here is the diagram that I made of the Ferodo modification. EBC and all the rest are the same mod.

I’m actually in the same position myself, about to fit the same Tarox caliper. Curious to hear how your experiences are with it. What disc set did you fit? I’m also running an OEM AP2 wheel (the v3, 5 spoke version) and was concerned in regard to clearances.
