Having issues with turn in, extended post

Before coming to my question please read through my search for the ideal suspension:

Last year I bought a S2000 from 2004 with 111.000kms on the clock. The previous owner had the car fitted with KW v3 however I couldn't find my way with this kit. I took a day off to experiment on the same piece of road, running up and down. However the dampers/springs were too stiff for me.
The roads we have are very bumpy so I need dampers with sufficient wheel travel.
You can check the required wheel travel and the roads I'm using the car on in the video below:

So I sold the KW v3 and bought a new set Öhlins Road & Track. With this kit I also experimented a bit more with the ride height but after a couple of days testing on the same piece of road I couldn't find a great setup either. So I sold the Öhlins which were sold quite fast.
As I have a BRZ with custom build "Reiger suspension" (as used in WRC) I decided to take measurements of the S2000 shocks and instructed Reiger to build a bespoke kit for myself. After replacing the shocks and keeping the same ride height as the Öhlins it transformed the car. Compliance is very good and it I have sufficient wheel travel.
Alignment I have on the car is the one suggested for UK back roads which can be found here: https://robrobinette.com/S2000Alignment.htm

Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4 in sizes: 225/45 R17 front and 235/45 R17 rear. I changed it to have a bit more oversteer and hoping to have a little less understeer. But maybe I will have it changed to a squared setup although I would have problems finding performance tires like Michelin PSS or PS4S in 17". They don't produce these sizes for the European market.
Changing tire sizes made increased sidewall hide by .4 millimeter front/rear which gives a slightly higher ride height.

However I'm still stuck with one issue, and that is the turn in of the car. It doesn't really want to turn in like I would like. There seems to be a delay before the car actually turns and I need to give more steering input than I would like. This is noticeable different than my Subaru BRZ on the same piece of road. Steering is much faster.
Does someone know how I can tackle this issue? Should I replace steering rack bushes, or having a rigid collar kit, or something else? I have no idea.

Thanks for reading!
Kevin

You're gonna be chasing your tail playing with non standard suspensions and non standard tire sizes. Too many variables Tire size should be front: P215/45R17, rear: P245/40R17. Try to find someone with a standard car and see how it turns and go from there.

When I got the car standard the turn in wasn't exceptional either. I bought 4 OZ Alleggerita's for a squared setup on 215/45 R17 tires. Let's see what it does to the car.
