I recommend the HKS over Fortune as I didn't exactly like my Fortune Auto 500's. Sure, they're ok for $1000, but I wish I went OEM+Swift Springs for a drop as the OEM suspension is just so great. Having Ohlin's now, I still wish I just went with OEM+Swift Springs since I'm not at the level where the Ohlin's would be used to their full potential.
For the use of your car, if you're tracking, HKS SP's are great. If you just want a drop and decent ride quality, put some swift springs on your OE suspension and call it a day. If you're willing to spend another 400, Ohlin's are currently 1900~ shipped from Moddiction from what I've seen.

I have the hks sp suspension and really like it alot. there is a ton of info on these coilovers at motoiq. they're easy to install and ready right out of the box. you just need an alignment of course. HKS sets the recommended ride height for you. I daily my car with their factory 16kg springs. check out my thread for a reference. good luck on your choice

I have FA 510's and I think they're great. Car actually rode over bumps a lot like stock (even with stiff springs), but then hugged the road like crazy when needed.

I was on the fence between HKS and FA. I ended up with a set of HKS hipermax GT's. Read tons about both and got a lot of mixed reviews on the FA while the HKS got mostly positive views. I went to a track day and one of the instructors told me not to waste my money on Fortune Auto's
As far as the difference between the GT's and SP's both are fine for daily/track duties but the SP's are "more" suited for the track.

We have not gotten any complaints on the HKS coilovers. The Fortune Auto are great as well. But at lower speeds they can be a bit stiffer due to the digressive piston they use. Which is great for low speeds at the autox. But for an all around daily driver and occasional track the HKS GTs (for the price) are the best out there.

I'm very, very happy with my HKS IV GT.
But I haven't driven anything other than 88-00 Civic/Integras on various different coilovers.
