Default How long does stock suspension last on average?

How long did your s2k stock suspension last (in terms of mileage)? If you're someone who changed it, did you notice a difference in your car before you changed them out?

I bought my car used so I can't reference how my suspension should be. I am thinking of getting a set of stock suspension, do you guys recommend ap2 stock suspension over ap1?

thanks s2ki

Honda recommends every 50,000 for optimal performance

Suspension longevity depends solely on how you drive and under what road conditions.

I really like the spring rates on the 08-09 models.

My stock suspension once taken off of my car was passed around between my friends. I'd estimate it has 115k miles on it, mostly from southern roads. The car its on right now rides better than some locals cars here in Chicago of the same age, but less miles. It's all case by case IMO

thanks for the input. It seems that either way my car is way over due. However I don't have experience to notice the symptoms of worn shocks. I do know what blown shocks feel like, mine are not blown. If i don't have ambitions to change the shocks and I think they drive fine, maybe a bit bouncy, should I just leave them? I'm at 200,000 miles

I don't get your reference, but your input doesn't help.
