How to remove spring spacers?
Even though the dealer told me that all spring spacers were removed, I found a few more. What is the safest way to remove them? Some of them are in there a bit tight, high up tucked inside, and I don't know how to get them out. Or, should I just take the car to a mechanic? Thanks!

Put on gloves and pull them out.
Or jack up (using the proper jack points -- emphasis on safety!) the car, which will let the wheels hang (and uncompress the springs), allowing the spacers to fall out easier.
How many miles and what model year is your car?

Much easier with more clearance from that corner of the cars wheel dangling, from being jacked (and jack stand).
You can pry them out. You can also slide them around to where its easier to pull them out (cut the flap that holds them to their neighbor spacer, spray some silicone lube on the coils, and spacer should slide around between the coils to the other side).
