I tried to search around for this, but didn't see much. I just picked up an 03 S2000 this weekend. The previous owned installed a J's Racing Strut bar.

We noticed that the hood wasn't fitting correctly, and that it was hitting the strut bar. As anyone else experienced this? It appears that there is not much play with it.

 

Ya my hood fits fine but the j's strut bar still hits the hood

 

Here's what the fitment of the hood looks like. It's not "terrible" per-say.. but it's not tight like all the other lines on the S2000s.

I'll probably start by removing the strut bar and seeing if I can get it to fit better. Then I'll put it back on, or just sell it.

 

You can also remove the blanket under the hood for additional clearance.
