I usually start at full soft and go from there. Its surprising how fast Konis can get overdamped.

Overdamped feels harsh and bouncy from the suspension being constricted.

Underdamped feels floaty from the springs doing whatever the eff they want.

At 350ishLB, I doubt you're going to be significantly under damped on a OTS S2000 Koni Yellow....even at almost full soft.
