KW Clubsport Questions
Recently purchased a set of KW ClubSports and I've been very impressed thus far. My old setup was the Buddy Club RSD. I can definitely feel a higher quality of valving if not immediately after I took it off the jackstands from installation. I do have a few questions.
As far as I know, the ClubSports don't come with ANY warranty so I know what I'm getting into. There are 2 questions in particular.
1. I noticed, specifically after adjusting compression and rebound, that there is a slight hissing when there's a large amount of slow bump/rebound suspension travel. As if you can hear the shocks working. I never had this in the RSD and I know the Clubsport are more competition than street so I'm assuming this is normal? Anybody else notice this? It's so faint that the top has to be up with no music on.
2. I've counted a total of 18 rebound notches and 18 compression clicks for the suspension. But for some reason, the compression (bottom) dial of the drivers front only goes up to 12 clicks. I can feel as if it can go further but I'm too scared to force it any more. As I dial down the clicks to full soft, it gets easier but as I go to full stiff, I get a A LOT more resistance than the other shock tower's compression dial. I'm thinking that I can force it to full compression then release the pressure to get all the clicks set. Anybody else have trouble getting less than all full clicks?
Thanks!

the hissing noise is said to be normal at near "soft" settings.
The front of the clubsports have more compression adjustment than the rear.
this might help you get the most from them
