Bring back from dead. Type r rubber shock mount.

Will I need 8 pieces in total to replace on all four shocks?

Yes. 2 per shock. Don't forget the sleeve.

On my KWV3 I run the extended aluminum tophats off eBay. Pretty sure they were branded for a Civic when I got them. Been on the car for 3 years now.
