Looking for input/suggestions on my suspension setup - sways specifically.

This one is both Front and Rear swaybar set to low. Similar balance as to both set high, but this gives you a lot more traction (stiffer means less articulation means less traction). More bodyroll, but your wheel rate is still plenty high, so likely bodyroll is still fine. This seems like a better setup, unless you find too much roll for your liking. But what if you still think its too forward biased?

The rear sway bar numbers look way too stiff to me. Similar to the problematic 00-01 OEM bars, which Honda corrected on everything after 2001. A softer rear bar would give you a lot more grip and safety net.

With non-staggered tires on an AP1, it would be difficult to go too stiff in front. I agree with those who suggest a softer rear bar (for balance, exit traction, and stability over bumps), and also suggest you consider a stiffer front bar.

IMHO there is only one bar to use on the front and that is this one. I use this bar on a middle setting (#4) with Ohlins 14k / 12k and it lets me get away with absolute MURDER. I use the stock 2005 bar on the rear and any hint of oversteer is 110% controllable usually by just going wide open on the throttle and steering correctly. I have a ton of in car videos of the car at autocross and I have one from my first track day last weekend if you want to see what the setup does. I also use a 255 square RE71R setup with an otherwise virtually stock suspension with ~115k on it. The way this car dives is AMAZING!
Upgrading to some poly bushings and diff mounts due to failure so I can update after install and racing to see what changes if anything.

So got out on the track yesterday with my dampers at 5 clicks from full stiff square (running the same setting square is something I haven't done before), and running from my usual 30psi square to 28psi square and the car felt MUCH MUCH better. Everything else remained the same. I was also being way more aware of my inputs and maintaining way more focus on what I was actually doing. Ended up a great day with myself getting faster each session. Seat time is priceless as they say.

another update, got myself out to the backroads over the weekend and couldn't be more happier. The damper settings along with the tire pressure are simply all I needed to adjust. The Eibach front/rear combo is definitely a hit and I have zero plans in going to any of the OEM bars. I have never felt more confident in the seat than this weekend and really pushed the car through some of the best roads PA has to offer.
