I think a full set of blanks can be had on rockauto for $50-60ish plus shipping.
Spend money on pads. Especially for a street car. You're really just after feel. You're not going to overheat a good pad like a Stoptech SP or probably even an Akeboner Performance Ceramic.
Scrutinizing rotor material and construction pays off a little more on a track car. But...not enough to make me buy anything but blanks for the past 10 seasons of track use.
