Default Need advice on this subframe damage

Without going into crazy details..bought a project s2000, found out the front subframe had some damage..went to get an alignment and caster was way off..tech claimed casters were frozen and didnt even try(they were not frozen) i left there with L- 4.9 and R- 3.7
Fast forward to today. I swapped the front subframe, not even sure it was actually bent as a new support bar went on no problem but i swapped the subframe anyway. I went back to have them redo the alignment, this time the tech was damn good..was talking to him while he was doing the adjustment. He was only able to obtain NO LESS than 6 on the left and NO MORE than 5 on the right.

This had us scratching our heads. I didn't spot any other damage to the car when I did the swap other than what seemed to be a little bit of dry rot on one bushing on the LCA, right side.

It appears the left front fender and possibly door was replaced so im guessing the incident happen on that side.

Any suggestions on what I should look for now?

For what its worth, car was previously lowered 2", I put it back to stock height.

make sure the caster bolt/nut are facing same direction. Member on here has similar issue, the top was 180 from the bottom of the caster adjuster.

I just went and checked it. Unfortunately that isn't the issue. Good thought though.
