New Ohlins DFV Road & Track Coilovers (HOS MI21)?

This makes no sense. They changed their tooling to make shorter lower rear adjustment cups, and they simply changed from one off-the-shelf spring to another off-the-shelf spring. Their shock canisters are shared with other cars, and the internals are exactly the same. They made no design changes to the top hats. What you are saying is wildly speculative and inaccurate.

Tried to compare the part numbers on the old vs new kit. The old one used different top mounts in the rear and the new kit use same front and rear.
Lower mounts are unfortunately not listed.

Wish I had the lower plastic ring spacers

Great to see them adjust the rear settings to get more travel and make other adjustments, and I absolutely despise that they pushed them more towards understeer at the limit with those rates, haha. I completely understand why they chose those rates for a more stable rear end and bias towards understeer, but personally I think 11k/11k would be perfect. They mentioned that "Main reason was not that a too stiff rear spring was used." when discussing oversteer on the previous kit, which yes is true, it was due to the lack of rear travel not the spring rate, so give me some spicier spring rates pls. I'm sure this new setup will feel more comfortable and be able to be as fast if not faster than the old setup. But with the right driver and setup and 11/11 rates I think it will be that much better, especially with the crazy tires available today.
I would love to see them offer this kit for people wanting a safer more stable setup, and offer another setup with 11k/11k.
Again though, very glad to see them update rear for more travel, but not clear if they actually changed the rear lower mounts? I do know that the rear damper valving was adjusted as well.
