Noise from Coilovers *Videos Inside*
Been hearing a slight knocking/clicking over some bumps, so when just sitting in the garage I shook the car and could hear it again. I've pinpointed the noise to my Fortune Auto coilovers, I've also e-mailed them already to get their opinion but I'd like others' as well. Is this normal and should I just ignore it, or do you think the coilovers need rebuilt at this point or what? Kind of odd that both sides have started making this same noise around the same time.
See these videos below for what I'm talking about
Thank you.

Bushing on the LCA? The shock body isnt touching the swaybar endlink at all is it? I see you made the noise with your hand so the endlink would have to be resting on the shock to make noise with that little deflection. Not sure everything youve tried so I just thought I throw some ideas out there. Hope you get it figured out and post up what it is.

I've had these c oilovers on for a couple years and maybe 2k miles, the noise started just a few hundred miles ago, I could notice a slight knock over certain bumps. I've taken an automotive stethoscope to every suspension components under the car while someone shook the car. It got louder whenever I was contacting the c oilovers. Just in case I put the car down double checked every but and bolt was torqued then rechecked with the stethoscope and still same thing it was pointing towards the coilovers.
I was hoping the coilover was contacting the sway bar end link or the upper control arm, it's super close to the control arm but when I have the stethoscope on the control arm it doesn't seem like it's coming from there.
I'll do some more investigating wen I get home today, I'll see if I can notice anything moving while I'm shaking the coilover with my hands.

That's what I'm thinking but not sure if that's something I can fix or fortune auto has to. They came fully assembled, just have to adjust spring preload and ride height, so hopefully Fortune Auto responds soon and gives me some direction with that.

Could be something simple as a worn out o-ring.
But not really anything you would fix yourself since the damper would most likely need to be nitrogen filled again on reassembly.
