Noise front rear of car when backing up

I have a 2005 S2000 just started to get a noise like slight klunking or binding noise when starting to back up & sometimes going forward then it goes away any idea's /I have 56000 miles never driven in winter

What happens if you don't use the parking brake, does the noise still happen?

Does it clunk right when you start accelerating or decelerating?

I am going to go with rear axle nut needs retorqued and tightened.
