Front bar came in and hope to install this weekend. I am having it aligned later in the week. I have read the UK alignment is good for auto-x. The way I understand it is as much negative camber available front and
-5* from that number for the rear, 0* caster front/rear and toe-in seems to differ ? Also will this setup be real hard on tire wear ? If so is there a compromise ?
I have continental extreme DW's on OZ wheels for now, when funds are available I have the wheels which car came with ( Proline AP2 replicas I believe) and will put some dedicated track tires on these.
Thanks!

I was looking at the oem strut chart and my MY02 front struts are only 246 lbs. vs MY04-07 (262) and MY08-09 (280). If I come across a low mileage pair for sale would they be worth trying ? This would give me the following setup.

Springs = front/rear Sway bar = front/rear
280/309 - 393/396 look for 362 or 311 ?????

I have a spreadsheet which I can email you. Pm me your email address.

The spreadsheet allows you to plug in various combos of springs and swaybars, and see the effect on front to rear balance. It uses the motion ratios published on this forum by SakeBomb garage. The spreadsheet itself came from a uk member, and I updated it with the SB motion ratios (it originally had guesstimates for MR).

It also shows the stock spring and swaybar rates for all model years, so you can mix and match oem components from various years to see what effect it would have. It also shows the front to rear balance of each model year.

Of course its just a starting point. A spreadsheet can't tell you what springs and swaybars are right for you and your car. Only real world use can do that. But it can point you in the right direction and also save you from making an expensive mistake buying the wrong parts.
