People always say something about how little clearance I have with my RPF1 17x8 +45 and the stoptechs haha...I don't think you could stick a piece of paper between the wheel and caliper. If only the 17x9+45 would fit without spacers

have you thought about adding 3-5mm spacer to the front? would you need to roll your front fenders if you added the spacers?

Prodrive GC-07C, 17x7.5 +48

The fit is a bit tight for my liking. The thinest off the shelf spacer I found was 3mm, which would cause 2 full turns less thread engagement. I track my car quite a bit, and I didn't want to reduce the thread engagement anymore than necessary. Also, I didn't want to have to install extended lugs. So I designed and cut some custom 1mm spacers out of 6061 T6 aluminum instead.

I have not installed the spacers yet, but will post some pics when I do (next day or two).

P.S. I have a few extra spacers if anyone needs!

I think it has been said by Tirerack that it may need up to a 17mm spacer..unfortunately when you have lip +high offset you can't be BBK friendly. The only high offset ones I know of are the TSW Nurbugring 17x9 +63 and the AME TM-02 I believe which is 17x9 +54.

That's what I thought. I may sell my fronts and get ones without the lip with a lower offset.

More with the TSW Nurburgring 17xp +63 on the 328x28 kit: thread here, just installed this weekend

Video of TSW Nurburgring 17x9 +63 spinning over Stoptech BBK with no spacer; WMV, 8 seconds, 1.67MB

Spacers weren't required to clear the brakes at all- had maybe 2mm of space at the closest point between the caliper and the spokes. I'm running 1/8" spacers (had them left over from my Civic) so I can clear the control arms since I have 9" wheels up front. With -2.0 degrees of camber I rub the fenders just a hair on severe compression with 255/40 R-S3s and 25.25" from the fender edge to the ground. A slight fender roll should cure the rub. Very happy with the tire/brake setup.
