I absolutely love my v8roadsters stoptech BBK. 4 pistons, 328x28mm rotor, nickel hats, str43 caliper, and DR21 pad shape. Essentially its a beefier c43 kit. Both wheels fit without the use of spacers.
V8R str43 trophy kit

My track/autox wheels ;17x8 +50 enkei pf01 with about 4.5mm of clearance.

The Prodrive wheels over those

All day...I needed cheap, quality, expendable wheels for autox and HDPE so these fit the bill perfectly.

Yes they will fit without any spacers. I’d guess 3-4mm of clearance. There’s a few people on this forum with st40s and the 17x8 pf01. The 17x9s on the other hand need a huge spacer to clear.

Can 100% confirm the 17x10 +55 SA72R fits with room to spare. The difference over stock calipers with DTC60 pads is uh... substantial. I opted for the SR33 pads and race floating rotors.

Nope. The +48 offset doesn't fit either.

The SA72R 17x10 ET55 clear the Stoptech ST40. Have had mine on for months. No problems.
I have maxed camber on all 4 corners based off of stock bolts, no camber kits. Fenders were rolled, rear tabs were relocated to fit these wheels. There is a small mount of poke, but I believe it ends up going under the fender.
