Default Passenger Balljoints Less Threads

So I've replaced ball joints a couple times going back and forth from OEM to offset and back to OEM. I never thought too much about it but I found that the passenger side inserts not quite as far into the control arm than the driver side ball joint. Driver side is what I would call normal and passenger side is *just* enough to get a cotter pin through it. They torque down without issue but should I be concerned enough to replace the passenger control arm? I have been chasing a right side pull but I kinda doubt its related, car aligns perfectly.
