Do the numbers represent grams or NM on the springs?

Wait...so why do you think they're 10K/8K?

Are there spring part numbers or identifiers in the manual?

In the OP, i took a picture of the springs and they show up as 100 and 80c. But I honestly have no idea how to decipher any of the numbers

So the springs I received are 10.2k and 8.15k springs... Back to square one where I thought I would be receiving 11k 7k...

What did Will have to say?

Do the springs match the PN provided in the manual? ...assuming there is a number in the manual....

they do not. I messaged support via email and I just sent them info about this.
48010-35 & 48010-19 are the part numbers in the manual
48010-31 & 47010-23 are what I received.

If you mean kg when you type k then yes that's correct, the ones that should have come standard with your kit are 11.2 and 7.14 kg/mm though.
Are you sure you really want the new spring rates?
I would probably rather use the ones you got, but it all depends on the rest of your setup.

My concern here is the discrepancy in the kit. The box is clearly label MI21 yet my springs don't match what is supposed to be in the manual. I intentionally sought the v2 of the kit because of the 'updated' range in compression stroke of the rear shocks to prevent bumpstop oversteer. If the springs aren't matching, how can I be sure I don't have MI20 shock bodies as well?

Yeah probably a good idea to confirm what you got and maybe why as well.
The "updated" rear shock doesn't have any more stroke though it's the same, they only added more preload which is what gives you more compression stroke.
It's a pretty long thread but you should read it if you haven't already https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-br...s-mi21-1187494
