Default Rear camber ball joints?

Hi,

Did anybody installed these?

http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=EM&Product_Cod e=BC02-BJP1-H008&Category_Code=S2000-SUSPENSION

I think that due to modify the arm position... camber will be affected and decrease? If maxing out now run 2 degre with this probably it will go to 1.5?

Kind regards

bad link

the only ball joints I know for the rear are the:
J's, hard race/megan

They are extended to help correct roll center, yes if you correct roll center, you will lose some camber range - however, on a stock CR I have no problem getting -3 in the rear. Perhaps you have a bent knuckle or control arm

Rob used spc all around. Don't know why u need rear camber joints unless ur a stance guy. The stock should get u -3 with a lowered car unless something is bent or massive subframe shift.

Extended rear ball joints are used to correct roll center geometry when you lower the car

Yes I know. But he specifically asked for camber. And the rear lower ball joints are only roll center fixers.

Thx for your answers guys.

I wanted to correct roll center. Car is lowered but not that much so my camber gain is not enough if Am Not lowered as hell. Then I can combine spc with this ones. On the front I installed buddyclubs and I went to near 6° camber... so car eccentric are at minimun and now near 4° only with the buddy adjuster.

As I have learned... there is only one way to do this. Leave it track mode ( cant leave garage ) or leave it street mode.

Something is wrong with your car if you can't get at least -3 degrees on stock suspension in the rear

Are your camber adjusters seized? I thought something was bent because I couldn't get past ~2 degrees in the rear but it turns out the shops I took the car to couldn't move the adjuster more without risking tearing the bushing.

How much camber are you looking for? I have the Buddy Club RCAs front and rear lowered a little over an inch. I can easily get 3 degrees in the rear on the side that's not seized right now.

No need for any camber or roll center correction with a drop on this car 2" or above. The OP is creating and chasing problems for himself is what this thread has come down to as far as I can discern. The only thing you might want is some camber joint up front to increase camber more then what the stock adjusters can provide at what ever ride height your at. If your only lowered say 1" then your limited to about -2 camber up front which is a decent compromise for street/track but another degree for the track may be appreciated. No problem getting that in the rear at stock ride height. You don't want more then -3 in the rear on this car generally or you start getting into diminishing returns.
