Default Rotor eating into caliper

After last track day I noticed the front passenger rotor left two small groves on the caliper, anyone ever see anything like this or know what could have caused?

Any chance the rotor sizing is out of spec ? Have you installed new rotors recently ? I know one company that sent me the wrong size rotors that were a slightly different diameter. If not that then the caliper sliding pins are really worn or improper.

were the caliper bracket bolts tight? Something has to be floating, and it's either the caliper or the rotor.

It was a new set of Duralasts, I checked the rotor size and it checks out. Everything was tight. Pads wore super even on that side too, crazy longitudinal angle. I ended up just ordering a full re manufactured caliper/bracket just to eliminate guessing. Autozone has em cheap, we will see how it holds up
