Just want to clear up some confusion. Swift Spec R lowering springs are for OEM shocks (Or Konis, etc.) not coilovers. I assume you meant the Swift Coilover replacement springs which have a smaller inner diameter designed for coilovers.

I dont have any personal experience with Stance coils with Swift springs. But as long as you dont stray too far away (+/- 4k) from the spring rates that come standard on the Stance coilovers the ride will be much better. The material Swift uses to make their springs is patented. So the characteristics will be different than most other springs. They use less coils which make the spring lighter. Also the material that is used bounces back much smoother than other springs. So it creates a more comfortable ride. All in all Swift Coilovers springs are a great upgrade for any coilover.
