I did use the Stoptech street pads on the stock rear brakes also. Those seemed to wear at twice the rate as the fronts with the BBK. So I changed out the rear pads after I think 8 track days? Memory is a bit hazy. The tires I've gone through with these brakes have been: RE-11s, NT01s, RE-71s.

used them for about 12-14 track days. Maybe a couple more. No more than 20. Didnt brake hard enough for me for Time Trial competition.
