Since there are no "AP2" cars the model year will control what suspension is on your car. Honda made changes every two years to the suspensions to upgrade the car's handling. Changing any suspension parts without knowing what you're doing is not "upgrading" merely changing.
There's a list of springs and sway bars in the library. The 2006, for example, is different in some respects from even the 2005. It's possible to mix and match springs and sway bars across all model years.
Tires and alignment will have more influence on handling than modifying the suspension, especially for street cars.

Depends what you want - Increase front or rear bias? Increase oversteer or understeer?
This isn't an FF (i had FFs in the distant past)... where an FF's typical "upgrade" was to get a stiffer/thicker Rear swaybar to increase rotation and more oversteer. S2k is quite the opposite of an FF for the majority of people, where most people want a thicker/stiffer Front swaybar, for more front bias and reduce too much oversteer (of course, it's subjective). And, choosing a Rear swaybar is also very dependent/relative to your Front sway bar.

This. Also your tire stagger, spring rates front vs rear.
Basically, if you want less rotation, more stability, bigger front and/or smaller rear. More rotation, do the opposite.
Lookup the Characterization of the Honda S2000 Original Equipment Suspension Springs document, which will list the oem rates for all years. As stated, you can mix and match.
To help you see what effects a change you are contemplating, or a change you've already made have on front to rear handling bias, I have spreadsheet calculator that you will show you your bias, or effect of bias if you make a change.
It uses the Sakebomb Garage measured Motion Ratios, and spring rates from the Characterization document.
PM me your email address and I'll send it to you.

Thank you for the input I will now look at this sway bar/ handling issue differently now as I do need to understand what is going on with this suspension.I purchased this car 4 months ago it a 2005 with 78k miles on it. It came with Tein S-tech spring installed on it at the time I installed a clutch and flywheel later. The problem I am have is when entering a turn at speed the back end wants to come out almost every. If anything upsets the car going into the turn it make it that much more crazy.Without spending a ton of money on suspension components what can I do to solve this or reduce it somewhat.

I have a MY03...and it's even more rear-bias and oversteer prone than your MY05 car. I switched to MY00-01 FSB and MY06 RSB and it made a Huge difference and helped a ton.
"Upgrade" is really the wrong wordage... as it implies "bigger" "better" ...stiffer, thicker, bigger etc.
If anything.... you'd like to "Downgrade" the Rear swaybar.

Then you definitely want a bigger front bar. I don't know the rates of the S-tech springs but for this car the front springs are usually stiffer. If the S-tech are closer in ratio than OEM, that could add to the oversteer. Are the tire sizes OEM? People running non-staggered wheels/tires not only run a bigger front bar, they also run a smaller rear bar in some cases. Many people run a Miata bar (I forgot if NC gen) in the rear with modified brackets.
