I've got the Tein Flex Z coils, but as you all know the rear driver side is a PITA to adjust because of the fuel filler hose. Recently saw these:

And was wondering if they would work for Teins, or any other alternatives besides EDFC?

Invest in the Tein EDFC Active Pro, motor kit and optional GPS unit. These are a lot cheaper Grey Market.
