Default Tein flex vs Buddy Club Racing spec

I'm going to buy coilovers, and are considering Buddy Club Racing spec and the Tein Flex. What's the advantage of one against the other? What's the differences between the two? Also, what 's the big difference between Tein Flex and Tein Mono Flex (other than the huge price gap)?

they're both "ok" coilovers. I assume you just want to lower the car?

I want the car lower (driving on H&R spring atm), and I also want the car to be stiffer. It's way too soft now. So I will also enjoy the possibility of adjusting them (closer) to what I like. I could also mention that I track the car whenever I can, even though it's not too often.

Great coilover for the money, dampens well, quality and reliable.

Tien = Bouncy (shock to soft, spring to stiff)

You will thank me later

The Buddy Club Racing spec is also a few hundred bucks cheaper than the Tein Type Flex.
So the big tip here is Buddy club?

I had my mind set on flex for my 06 S, but i changed it after reading some reviews about KW V3. My car will be tracked later in its life so i want to do this right the first time and not have to go through 2-3 different type of coilovers. Its about 300$ more.

Im now set on Kw v3. =)
