PSS9's aren't much more than PSS. I'd opt to spend a bit more for those instead, personally. Some damper adjustability is nice for a street car. I've ridden in a few PSS9 S2000's and always thought they rode really well.

I checked with a few sellers and PSS / PSS9 are not available anymore... I have to find something else.

Fortune makes a solid setup.

If Bilsteins are unavailable....consider stepping up into the $1500 range.

Or...have you looked to see if H&R SP's are available? They're the H&R spec PSS. I would want some damper adjustability...but...they're a nice setup.

I'm reading that the fortunes are a little stiff? As of now I'm leaning towards the HKS hypermax GT which seem to get good ratings for ride quality. What do you think of those?

I went with a budget setup to hold me over until I was ready to shell out for FA Dreadnoughts; Ksport's Kontrol Pro are pretty surprising for $800 coilovers ($850 in my case since I did custom rates on the rears). The adjusters give you about 6 different levels of dampening (32 clicks, but you'll notice change every 5 clicks or so).

When you buy a printer, you need to look at more than just purchase price. Cost of ink figures big in cost of ownership.

Likewise with suspension you want to look at not just initial cost but rebuild cost, plus shipping and downtime waiting for them to come back.

Don't overlook that aspect.

I haven't ridden in them or used them, so I can't say for sure.

Seems like a lot of people like them. Tskubacody says he likes them...and he lives in shitroad central, just like me.

I prefer monotubes, though. But that's some elitist shit to say to a player.

I ended up with the hks and just finished installing them a few hours ago and went for a drive. wow. just amazing compared to what it was before. rides better, cornering is Soo much better and more confident. the back dosent feel like it's going to wiggle everywhere..... I'm happy.

on the stock settings it came with the front doesn't seem to have lowered at all.. so tomorrow I will have to drop it a little. back has about a 2 finger gap.
