im on tanabe. rear drop is not bad but the front needs to drop more. ride wise, lil stiffer than stock. just save money and get coils. thats the best.

Most of the spring on the list doesn't match the ap2 damper rate for sh-t, i am surprise no one even bother to mention that.

springs are cheap but so is messing up the suspension with random part that wasnt design for your MY

i had tein s-techs for a while...was never really happy with the drop, but the ride was about the same as stock. i have t1r coilovers now though and i am MUCH more satisfied
