2008 CR engine in ap1

I recently blew up my engine in my AP1 and ran across a 2008 CR engine for sale is the there any complications if i do an engine swap ???

Just a regular ap2 engine, plenty of threads on here about putting an ap2 engine in a ap1

Pretty sure there is issues since a CR engine would be Drive by wire and your AP1 is not.

This can be accomplished, I personally did this same attempt myself and the same chassis is going 6 years strong.
