I am shopping around for a s2k and found this baby for 23k. Everything on the pictures looks nice until I ran a carfax history report showing that it was on a collision damage report back in 2012. It has been repaired and now has a salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed title issued. My question is, is it still worth 23k? it has 73k miles on it.

That's the black one isn't it? It's been sitting for like 3 months man. I wouldn't touch it personally. They want way to much for it due to the title issue. I think it had a lot of owners too.

Geez, for that much you can get a base model with low miles in near mint condition.

A Berlina Black CR with a clean title and similar mileage can be found for that price. I suggest you pass on that car.

If this CR is #176, it has sold and I'm awaiting hearing from the new owner that intends to make it a track car.

Pretty sure no bank will loan on a salvage title car, so unless you have the cash to buy it outright this is a moot point.

I paid $18K for my '06 with 43K miles on it, so yes this car is definitely overpriced.
