S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

In for pics!

As far as the part number, that's the problem with doing a soft top, I don't think the wiring is separate, its intertwined in the entire wiring harness of the car.

Monte (Mchester) ended up getting a donor wiring harness from a salvaged s2000 that he used for his (I believe?) which seems to be the best route.

The problem with wiring direct power to the motors is that the relay needs to be inserted to power to the motors shuts off when they are at their max or minimum in order to not burn out the motors by holding the switch down longer than it needs to be.

Looks a bit like the the removable top that is on the Porsche Boxster Spyder. Did you use that as a design concept? I always thought that with some time and money one could develop a similar removable top for the CR. The Spyder has one that you have to take off and store in the trunk as well.

Yup, it is part of the cabin harness. The wires not used in the Delete cars are simply left out of the harness for those cars. Separate part numbers and everything. Yes, it is a bit of a tedious job. Not nearly as simple as it sounds. Maybe a manual only top is the way to go for most people.
