Tibor, majestic sells the first filter shown ( 17220-PZX-003) which has the cross shaped tip.

Are you referring the the cabin filter? Air filter is what I'm asking

Is Honda Automotive parts the "only" retailer that sells the filter with a cross pattern plug on the top cap? Please advise.

If not, who else sells them? K&N? Someone else? Please advise.

This is an OEM part so any dealership should offer the same part . The key word is "should".
