Default CR Aftermarket Exhausts

Has anyone tried an aftermarket exhaust that does not drone in the CR?

I had a Greddy Spectrum Elite Dual and while everyone else rants and raves about how quiet the exhaust is, I could not stand the droning from 3-4k RPM's going 60-70MPH. I ended up selling the exhaust. I figured this was mainly caused by the combination of the hardtop and no sound deadening/insulation.

I Searched for solutions only to find that a test pipe/ HFC would solve the problem.

*Edit* I ended up purchasing a ASM Siren Circuit. At first, I thought the exhaust was way too quiet for my taste, but after a few months of driving I found it to be a perfect match for the CR.

Fujitsubo legalis R. If you're looking for something a little more light, with no drone, and a nice shiny piece, you can't go wrong. I love mine.

The greddy drones, even on a regular s2k. It's loud down low, and quiet up top, like most of the exhausts for the car.

ASM 60 doesn't drone.

If you're local to me, I'll show you some epic drone

Amuse R1 drones more than J's 70RR btw.

unwanted sound/looseness from hardtop is easy to fix. just gotta take up the slack from where the latches hook to the windshield area. super silent after.

I've been very pleased with the tanabe medallion touring system. Had it for a couple years now, its not too loud at all. Deep tone down low, powerful sounding at wot and no drone in the midrange. Looks good and has good fitment. It can be seen on my car in the pic thread. May actually be interested in selling this in the near future to help fund the upgrade to an Amuse...

Has anyone heard the Legalis R Type S exhaust? Looks similar to the ASM Siren Circuit.

Berk 3" single drones between 3400-4200rpm or about 65-76mph. It smooths out after 76mph.

My Js exhaust has almost no drone anymore with my set up after the Etune its has brought the drone down even more I could not be happier with the results
If you can handle a monster loud exhaust with little drone its recommended
Unless im just loosing my hearing after almost a year of owning the exhaust....
