Default CR Suspension: how much lower?

I asked this question in the regular suspension forums. Someone told me to try over here, too. I'm thinking of buying a full CR suspension for my 07 AP2. Does anyone know how much lower the CR suspension is than that of a stock AP2? I'm going to pair this with a new wheel set up so I'm trying to figure out sizing, offsets, etc. Thanks guys.

The CR is the same height, if not slightly higher in the front.

I agree, the CR sits slightly higher.

Rumor was the suspension was the same length, however since it is so much more stiff, the car doesn't depress as much as with AP2 springs, hence why it sits higher.

Not sure if that's true or not, but visually, it sure seems like the CR sits higher on stock suspension.

The front is higher because of all of that weight out back on the trunk.

The front is slightly higher than my '07, while the CR's rear is slightly lower than the '07. Maybe my suspension is settling after 50,000+ miles.
