Default CR Tonneau Cover Parts

I posted about this over on the Body forum, but thought I might get an answer quicker over here.

I'm looking at buying a CR tonneau cover for my 2004 S2000. It's already got an OEM hard top that I never take off. So, I'd like to take the soft top out as it's just getting ruined by the sun back there, and adding dead weight.

I know that I need the following parts, based on what others have posted:
10. 86380-S2A-A00ZB (Qty. 1)
6. 86315-S2A-A00 (Qty. 1)
7. 86316-S2A-A00 (Qty. 1)
9. 86366-S2A-A00 (Qty. 1)
12. 86384-S2A-A00ZB (Qty. 1)
13. 86386-S2A-A00ZB (Qty. 1)
16. 86396-S2A-A00ZB (Qty. 1)
19. 90144-S2A-A00 (Qty. 3)
21. 90301-SV7-000 (Qty. 7)

Do I need to purchase the parts circled in red below? I can't quite tell what they are, or if they're specific to the CR tonneau cover. I'm trying to compare prices and see if Hardtopguy is still the cheapest, or if I can piece it together for cheaper, from elsewhere.

No, the part numbers between the non-CR and CR pieces are identical. I have put CR tonneau covers on 2 non-CR s2000's now and didn't have any issues installing the cover without replacing these.

Try giving Burns Honda a call in Marlton, NJ. They show the only ones left in the country.
