How much would you pay BB CR-Jersey?!

Looking for some insight. I am driving to Jersey tomorrow to see a CR with ~80,000 miles. Carfax shows no accidents, 3 owners with a decent history of maintenance records. The guy confirms all VINS are intact, yet is not sure about front bumper. He is checking tonight and taking a picture for me before i make the trip. He recalls there might be overspray or it might of gotten repainted. Otherwise car is completely stock and in above average condition. What price do you feel is fair?????

Where in nj is this car , I’m in nj too with a 6k mile CR if u want to make comparison

high miles for a cr. most people that are seeking Club Racers would pass simply cause of the miles. However, to answer your question: I would pay about 22-23.
