S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

Absolutely. Base owners should just upgrade to this.

Hey OP, the car looks fresh!

I'm all about putting CR parts on my car!

Not sure what else I need...not really wanting to spring for the doors/steering wheel. Most of the functional stuff is in place on mine.

Honda S2000 CR Parts on my car:

- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Wheels
- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Front/Rear Sway Bars
- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Floormats
- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Sidemarkers
- 2008 Honda s2000 CR springs/shocks
- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Radio door
- 2008 Honda s2000 CR Center console
- 2008 Honda s2000 CR Steering rack stiffeners
- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Alignment
- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Trunk reinforcements
- 2009 Honda s2000 CR Trunk stiffening springs

Just the spoiler and the front lip? You have a long way to go if you want to consider your car a clone of the CR or Type-S.

But your car does look great for an AP1, goodluck with your build!

Unfortunatly I don't like any of the aftermarket tonneau covers either, I don't think there are many options? But I absolutely love my CR cover and would highly recommend finding one of those, it actually looks made for the car and not just thrown on top.

Looks good. I've done this similar thing both to an AP1 and AP2. Including the suspension, which I believe is the best upgrade ever.

The part about being worth it to drive 45 to the guys shop made me laugh! Here in SoCal, 45min is just a little jaunt. I drive 25,000mi a year!

Just don't clone the interior.

I have been wondering if the CR wing would look weird on an AP1, I guess it's not that bad! It's hard to make a fair judgment however, on a red car.

OEM parts FTW. From another fella that started with the CR clone path, I like how the aero parts look in NFR

Interesting. The AP1 doesn't look bad at all with a Type S / CR wing. I think I am going to get a CR trunk and wing and a blue soft top. Front bumper...meh, too much work. As for the interior...hellll nooooooo

This Type S doesn't have the CR interior. Very nice brown though.

Prior to the Sebring Silver AP1, I had a SPA Yellow AP1 that the seats and CR suspension was in. When that car had an untimely demise, I kept the seats for the current one as the regular AP1 seats are god awful in terms of comfort and support.

Quick Reply: Im now a CR ( Type S ) clone !
